What is the Best Morning Practice for Increased Daily Performance & Results
Currently I perform verbalaffirmations and tie an emotional connection to the affirmation or the "result" each morning. I also listen to some really great audio programs created by a friend and professional colleague of mine. Does anyone have any additional suggestions or "recipes for success" out there?

There are so many practices that can help ensure optimal performance each day. Bottom line is a positive mental attitude and having some daily practice in place besides slamming a cup of coffee and sitting in traffic on the way to work! For me, physical activity is a must and a morning run helps my body wake up and become energized. Many of my clients use meditation, music, a daily habit list, yoga and exercise.
Working out is a great way to clear the mind and get ready for the day. Making a daily
to-do list and numbering the tasks in order of importance the night before is also helpful.
