*Since 7:00 Pm eat only meat or fish + vegetables and 3 fruits
*Don't skip the breakfast (add some protein like yogurt , ham )
*Cut completely any kind of alchool; cakes; cheese except low fat cottage cheese
*Condments : use only oil of olive (2 spoons in one day)
*At lunch eat 1 portion of carbs (ex.wholemeal pasta)+ a little portion of protein
*Before your workout eat 2 fruits or a protein bar
*Do at least 3 times a week , 30 minutes of cardio workout.
*At 11th day give to yourself a gift ( Pizza or icecream etc etc.)
